BLATTGOSPEL provides a digital storefront offering digital downloads (including DAW templates, sample packs, and other creative tools) and creative services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or service at any time without prior notice.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, audio files, digital downloads, and software — is the property of BLATTGOSPEL or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

When you purchase a digital product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that product for personal or commercial purposes as specified at the time of purchase. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or claim ownership of any product purchased from this Site.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
  • Resell, redistribute, or share purchased digital products without explicit written permission from BLATTGOSPEL.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its related systems.

5. Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically after payment is confirmed. By purchasing a digital product, you acknowledge that:

  • Delivery is immediate upon payment confirmation.
  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on digital products once they have been delivered.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your device and software are compatible with the product before purchasing.
  • Download links may expire. If you experience an issue accessing your download, contact us at blattgospel@gmail.com.

6. Payments

All transactions are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. By completing a purchase, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that the information you submit is accurate.

7. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. BLATTGOSPEL does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BLATTGOSPEL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its products — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill — even if BLATTGOSPEL has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Arkansas.
